Our Construction Method
Plan it.
It all begins with a pre-construction kick-off meeting and our team thoroughly reviewing the drawings, cross-referencing and visualizing the building process. Built-in adaptability in our internal business processes, gives us a speed advantage on each project. Proper prior planning prevents poor performance.
Form it.
During this phase all RFIs, submittals, and overall constructability review are completed. Our systematic and methodical approach to construction, ensures OSHA safety, Quality Control, and Code Compliance. We follow a strict pre-pour checklist to mitigate any risks on pour day.
Build it.
Careful coordination and collaboration leads to a successful pour day.
